I believe women shouldn’t have to start over to build something of their own.
After 15 or 20 years of working inside organisations; contributing, leading, and building value for others, there often comes a moment where the question shifts from “How can I grow here?” to “What do I want to build for myself?”
I work with women who are in that moment. My mission is to make this transition feel less lonely, less overwhelming, and grounded in what’s already within you, your experience, strengths, and the way you naturally work best.
